What is Nethack?
Nethack just may be one of the most in depth games ever. Don't be deceived by it's ASCII symbol graphics, it has more items and functions then Morrowind III (well, almost). You can kick your puppy, turn a shopkeeper to stone, dig your way through a level, eat a jackal, read a spellbook, learn martial arts, talk to hobbits, turn into a dragon, ride an owlbear, and other stuff. And it's free.
