Sadly, the owner of the skull that you have become trapped in takes painkillers instead of having a crazy doctor drill holes in his head. You eventually get tired of causing headaches.

Turns out this guy has quite the community of evil spirits in him. Nothing like that crazy doctor's head, but a small bustling scene nonetheless.

You pass the time by playing poker with a few of your neighbors. Nice folks, by evil spirit standards anyway.
