Estavelle
Estavelle is a city on the mountainous southern coast of Carolinia?. It is notable for being the closest city to the Dixie Leyline?, the largest Leyline on the planet. It is so close, in fact, that the citizens of Estavelle rely on two great crystalline Artifice Condensers? to lower the levels of free Artifice in the city, which would otherwise be high enough to cause significant Slippage.
Estavelle is the #1 exporter of condensed Artifice, which is used all over the planet to produce Artiphysical effects in locations where ambient Artifice is too low to support it. The production of condensed Artifice and its export is overseen by the Alchemists Guild?
Estavelle is also home to The Sanctum?, where the fearsome Adepts are trained in the use of Battle Artifice.
Estavelle is subject to the soverign Carolin?, whose representative in the city is The Lord Mayor?.
